Caroline Peters, Director & Owner
Caroline Peters is the Owner and Director of Mt. Airy Happy Time School, having taken over the facility in September 2020. With a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Misericordia University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the school. Caroline is dedicated to nurturing and supporting the growth of every child in her care, ensuring a joyful and enriching environment for all. Her commitment to education and social work shapes the values and mission of Mt. Airy Happy Time School.
Sara Smith, Program Supervisor & Director's Designee
Sara Smith has been an integral part of the Mt. Airy Happy Time School family for 18 years. Beginning her journey in 2007 as an afternoon teacher's assistant, she has gained invaluable experience in every classroom. With her CDA Certificate, Sara continues to and support our students with her dedication and passion for education. We are grateful for her commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment. Sara is currently working towards her Associate's Degree in Early Education.
CHLOE DEATS, SUPERVISOR & lEAD TODDLER TEACHER
Chloe Deats has been a significant part of the Mt. Airy Happy Time School family for many years. She started her journey in 2017 as a full-time infant room teacher and has gained experience working in different classrooms. Chloe is now our Lead Toddler Teacher and Supervisor. With her CDA Certificate, Chloe is dedicated to all our students. Chloe showcases her passion for education and we truly appreciate her commitment to creating a fun, nurturing learning environment.
